General terms regarding sale of services :

These general terms and conditions of sale of service apply to any order you place through https://www.salonline.in/ . These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Service apply regardless of how you access the Website, including via any technologies or devices by which Salonline Services makes the Website available to you at home, on the move or in anywhere. You must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order any product or service through the Website.

Specific Terms:

1. Minimum order for any home salon services will be Rs 599 & appointment has to be taken 2 hours in advance.
2. Appointment has to be made via the website or via the text message on whatsapp or call.
3. Once the appointment is confirmed the customer will get a digital bill receipt on their respective smart phones and if in any case the customer is not in possession of any smart phone, she can ask for a bill after the services has been provided.
4. Appointment once confirmed and booked will be not be cancelled.
5. In case of a cancellation of the services from our end. Due to any reason beyond our control the advance payment (if any) of 100% be carried forward to the next preferred date given by the customer or will be refunded within 2 working days. (E.g. Strike, natural disaster etc.)
6. In case the cancellation by any reason is from your end, we request you to kindly inform us, one-hour prior, to save our valuable time. We would hence reschedule your appointment as per your request at any day and time of your choosing.
7. If cancelation is done at you end on arrival of the beautician, a fixed amount of Rs. 200 shall be paid at your end for loss of time and conveyance charges. 
8. Home salon services are provided by females and for females.
9. Our trained beauticians will arrive atleast 15 mins before the time of services as required by you and would also communicate regarding the same.
10. It is the entire responsibility of the person booking the service and the apartment / residence owner to ensure that the female beauticians visiting their promises are professionally respected and their personal physical or emotional safety is not breached under any circumstances.
11. Any deliberate abuse of the professional beauticians, their personal & emotional safety will result in criminal prosecution of the customer in the jurisdiction of a court in Lucknow.
12. Timing are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. only. For any other timings being before 10:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m., the customer has to contact via phone call and make an appointment atleast 2 days in advance and also any extra charges of Rs. 250 for timings other than the usual.
